I am very dismayed to read your comments and feel they completely misrepresent the actual series of events you refer to. You and I exchanged several emails earlier this year on a couple of points which were resolved, so I am bewildered why you would take to a public forum to lambast the very people you happily entrusted to care for your child for the rest of the year.<br>Our team commit all of their time to meet the needs of every child - this is a highly challenging and complex task; especially when some children simply do not want to make Christmas decorations or Mother's Day cards. Our educators find that when this happens better results are achieved by not pressuring the child; although their job is only made more difficult if the child feels pressured by its parents. <br>My team found your behaviour thoroughly demotivating and exhausting and your review is in stark contrast to those of other very happy parents.
