Turning away families is always a last resort decision which is made with the safety of the children in mind. We must remain compliant with statutory ratio requirements to ensure we’re able to properly fulfil the needs of all the children in our care. Our settings are experiencing challenges with recruitment which is something we are working incredibly hard to overcome.
