Dear Jodie, thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that you weren't happy with the nursery and chose to leave. I note you left in March which is when we took over and fortunately have been able to make lots of very positive changes to the nursery since then. Transitioning as new owners was difficult as we only had the information we were given from the previous management. This may have been the reason you received a bill as we were not told that you had cleared your arrears which they handed over to us. We are pleased to read that the care of your child was of a high standard and we strive to continue this and indeed make further improvements.
The new manager has now settled well and is making great progress and is getting fantastic feedback from both staff and all of our new parents. I note you have scored the staff as poor and the care and yet you note in your comments that staff and care were lovely. We wish you well in your new chosen nursery.
