We are sorry to receive this feedback as we always strive for excellence in childcare. Obviously, you feel that on this occasion we did not meet your standards. We have checked our records and can see the incident you are referring to. We can see that at the time you spoke to our Deputy Manager and Manager at the time of collection (within around twenty minutes of the accident). Within 24 hours this was followed up with a call with the Director who took on board your concerns and looked into it for you. A follow up call happened shortly after and we arranged a meeting with the Manager and the Director at your earliest convenience. At the meeting we discussed our findings and showed you the CCTV footage. At the meeting you signed the meeting record to say that you were happy with the investigation and outcome. So we were surprised you left this review two months later.
