Dear Hema, <br>Thank you for taking the time to review the nursery, and whilst at the time your review reflected the nursery, I am pleased to say this is no longer the case and the nursery has received a GOOD from Ofsted in Feb 23. <br>The nursery closed for a week as we decided as a nursery to do this, in order to make necessary changes and completed staff training. <br>I am pleased to say we now have an excellent management team in place and the staff and children are thriving. <br>Kind regards, Bliss Management
