We take all feedback very seriously and I'm sorry that you clearly feel you've had a negative experience. However, many of the statements in this review are completely untrue and you have left out information in the knowledge that we cannot respond fully out of respect for your child's confidentiality. As we have previously explained to you, we do not assess children for any conditions as our team are not medical professionals. We will always work closely with parents to discuss their child's individual needs and have offered to meet with you to discuss any concerns you have about your experience.
Again, I am sorry that you are unhappy, however it is unfortunate that you have decided to spread false information about your experience to try and smear the nursery rather than engaging with us directly.
