As you know, we were very sorry to lose you and your daughter. I had hoped that following conversations with nursery colleagues and a regional director, you were reassured about how seriously we address anything that impacts children's wellbeing and enjoyment in nursery. <br>While biting is very common behaviour amongst toddlers, incidents of this are extremely rare in our nursery due to the focus on training, promoting our Golden Values to all age groups and working closely with parents who have access to many resources like our bespoke book on biting - That wasn't very kind. It would be disingenuous for us to claim that our close supervision during nursery sessions can completely eradicate incidents of biting but please be assured we are doing everything possible in pursuit of this goal.
