Thank you for taking the time to review our preschool. I am deeply sorry you feel that the service we provided fell short of your expectations. The safety and well-being of the children in our care are of paramount importance to us. I can assure you that we limit the number of children we have in preschool at any one time, and statutory ratios (1:4 for your child) were never, nor would ever be, compromised.
