Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our nursery.  As a nursery we do aim to provide the best possible care for all the children, all of the time.  As mentioned to you we do have an open door policy and we do encourage parents to come and speak to the management team should there be any issues or concerns. Issues can then be resolved immediately rather than waiting to feed back on a review.
