I am saddened to read your review, as you have been made aware a new management team have been appointed, therefore we have asked parents to bear with us while we get to grips with what has happened and begin to contact parents. I have personally been in contact with yourself, I asked on numerous occasions for you to contact me via phone rather than through a message which you declined each time. As much reassurance that I tried to provide, you replied with blunt unpleasant responses. You had put staff's personal details on social media, which was being targeted by hatred, despite these members of staff having only starting working with us that week, this is why I kindly asked you to remove your negative feedback from there. A full refund was provided as promised.
I do apologise to you and many others for the poor experience you received, and I have tried my best to get things sorted as soon as I possibly could.
