We are very pleased to hear that overall, you are happy with the nursery. <br>Unfortunately, as with many sectors across the country, Early Years has been affected in the last 12 months by severe staff shortages. We are working hard to ensure that we have well-qualified and experienced staff at all of our sites so that we are able to continue providing high-quality childcare. <br>As a group, we are always trying to improve our communication with our families. We aim to provide high-quality and regular updates through our social media channels, monthly nursery newsletter, bi-monthly group newsletter and via our app. Our teams focus first and foremost on the children’s development and supporting them throughout the busy day but endeavour to update the parent app as much as possible to provide regular updates.<br>Thank you again for your feedback and for taking the time to write us a review.
