Thank you for your feedback. As a group, we are always trying to improve our communication with our families. We aim to provide high quality and regular updates through our social media channels, monthly nursery newsletter, bi-monthly group newsletter and via our parent app. Our teams focus first and foremost on the children's development and supporting them throughout the busy day but endeavour to update the parent app as much as possible to provide regular updates.
