Thank you for your review. We are disappointed that we did not meet the high expectation we strive for on this occasion. As regularly communicated throughout recent weeks, by email and the parent forum, we took immediate action to enable the improvements necessary. The decision to reduce the day and sessions available was to accommodate as many families as possible while continuing to adhere to the ratio requirement and set time aside for further team training. Please be reassured that the wellbeing of the team, coupled with the strong emphasis on meeting children’s outcomes was our priority. <br>The deployment of experienced internal management, with the support of the wider senior team is proving that improvements are positively underway. Further support from the Local Authority and external quality assessment educators are visiting regularly and we are confident that we will accomplish an improved judgement with Ofsted at the next inspection. <br>However, your concerns have been noted and shared.
