It’s very disappointing that you feel the need to write such a negative review, when you were offered the opportunity to escalate your concern last year, and you chose not to do so. We obviously can’t discuss confidential issues in a public forum, and are concerned that you’re basing part of your review on hearsay. We would still be happy to discuss your concerns with you in person or by phone, if you would like to contact us. We are very confident that we have a very safe and happy nursery and we would like to understand the reason for you feeling the need to send in a review eight months after leaving.
