My daughter has attended the nursery since nine months old and she is now three years. The progress she has made over the years is second to none. The nursery has supported her throughout her development and continues to aid in her soon to be transition to reception.

My daughter attended a previous nursery before starting this one in September 2022, she was there for about six months and never settled in. With Comfort Angelz, my daughter settled within a week, so quickly. She has been so comfortable with the staff, eats most if not all her food when there and enjoys going to nursery. The food is nutritious and enjoyable, as my daughter eats it all on most days. The staff are extremely patient, supportive and friendly. They really put the 'care' in childcare. It is a difference from our first experience in nursery. The nursery communicate well regarding events, any health issues or concerns and meals. The only con I have is the day to day update on the nursery's application is not updated regularly enough with comments, but the nursery management did inform me that it's used more for personal development and not an update on the child's day to day and this is done at handover so it's not a major problem. Other than that, I'm quite happy.

The staff are professional and I believe effort is made to ensure that the children in their care are thriving. In my experience so far, I feel they have been quick to respond to any preferences I have. They have taken the time to foster a close relationship with my children, which gives me the reassurance that they are taken care of. I have seen my children develop socially and educationally and I am happy that they enjoy their time whilst there.

Since my son started in December 2022, he has achieved so much; he has become more confident within himself and around others. He has made good bonds with staff and children in his classroom. I’m really happy with how we see updates and activities he has been doing throughout the day via the app. My son is very happy and content at nursery; he is always smiling and is always telling me about his day. Also, before my son attended the nursery, he was a very fussy eater, and he would only eat a range of foods; however, since starting, the nursery has supported him with trying new foods and now eats a variety of new foods. Very pleased with how far my son has come along. Management is extremely helpful and approachable if you need anything. Overall, I’m so pleased I chose Comfort Angelz Daycare as a place for my son at nursery. They are one big family.

We moved our son to Comfort Angelz after having a bad experience at another nursery, he has now been there for nearly two years and we couldn’t be happier. The staff are very attentive, happy and knowledgeable. The activities and learning progress had been great. We know most of the staff by name and no matter how small our queries have been they have always taken the time to help us. I can’t recommend this place enough. They have all been amazing looking after our son during different rooms. The manager has been amazing and always keeps us informed. We are very grateful and will be sad to be leaving what seems like an extended part of our family in September.

We loved the atmosphere at Comfort Angelz Enfield during our first visit and the staff were very helpful and nice. Our daughter has been attending there since she was 11 months old and she has learnt so much there. I was amazed one day at home when she started doing the gestures for the Twinkle Twinkle Little Star nursery rhyme, she was only a baby yet she learnt it so well at her nursery and started doing it at home out if the blue which was so sweet. Then one day we were walking in the woods and she started counting 1,2,3, again out of the blue and I was amazed and she obviously learnt that at the nursery. She absolutely loves going there, she loves the staff and the food and we are very very happy how much she is learning there and how much she loves going there.

A great nursery - the management and staff are fabulous and bend over backwards to help. Both my boys have attended, with my youngest currently in Buttercups (the baby room), and have loved it, forging excellent relationships with both the staff and other children attending the setting. The nursery benefits from a pleasant outdoor space as well as having a park and bustling high street nearby, where the children are taken on occasion by staff in a safe manner, and also from an on-site kitchen where their cook prepares and serves delicious, fresh food daily. The children are cared for brilliantly and the activities and learning that take place are excellent in terms of teaching the younger children the necessary skills for their development and the older children the skills and knowledge they will need in order to prepare them for school. If you are looking for a safe, fun, caring setting for your child I would certainly highly recommend Comfort Angelz Enfield!

From the day my daughter started at Comfort Angelz at 3 months old, she has been treated like their own child. She has received love, warmth and excellent care, everything you would want in a nursery. The communication has been excellent, with detailed updates on her day provided. During what has been a difficult period for all during the lockdown, the staff at the nursery continue to smile, demonstrate dedication, and continue to provide the care any parent would hope for. I have also been particularly impressed with the progress that my daughter has made, and the feedback provided on this is detailed and thorough. Any queries have been dealt with efficiently which provides further reassurance for me personally. Finally, the food that is cooked on site is varied and balanced, something that I have found is not always the case in other settings. Thank you to all the staff at Comfort Angelz!

My son has been attending Comfort Angelz now for 6 months and I do not find them at all accommodating, there needs to be, when parents are working. He attends 4 days a week. He comes home clean every single day which makes me wonder what has he been doing all day? He never brings home any pictures, drawings etc that he has done. Overall the staff are nice. I do not doubt the care, as he is happy, but I would not recommend the nursery.

What can I say, hands down the best decision I made sending my daughter to this nursery. From the settling in period all my concerns were addressed. The time, patience and enthusiasm of the staff is evident. Daily they ensure I am informed and at ease. My child found it very difficult leaving me when I dropped him off. The teachers were very supportive and came up with a number of different ways to make him feel comfortable. They were extremely patient and reassuring that he was ok which made me feel comfortable with leaving him. It took ten months for the crying to stop but thankfully it has overall. My son seems to be enjoying his time at nursery and has developed at a rapid speed, although, I feel he's more advanced than his report says.

When my daughter first arrived here, she was extremely shy but her keyworker was great. She started playing with others her own age and engaging in activities when she would not before. All the staff are great, always relaying daily activities and always asking how she was at home and always working on key skills. This is the 1st nursery my son has attended and the staff here have been absolutely amazing with helping him settle in. There are varying activities and resources available at the nursery to keep him busy during the day. His keyworker has been great with helping sort various things relating to his individual needs. My daughter has been at Comfort Angelz since she was 8.5 months at now 22 months. The biggest thing for me has been how accommodating the nursery is and how much they follow the family lead whether that be in using cloth nappies, making breastfeeding a baby/toddler, easily accessible to even following the lead on elimination communication to potty training. This has been vital for my daughter settling in and being content and happy to go to nursery. The nursery keeps me well informed and it is a happy and safe environment. I am more than happy to leave the care of my child in Comfort Angelz hands.

Nice nursery! Staff is friendly and caring. Meals are very good. 100% clean. No designated outside space but they take the kids out a lot, almost daily in the summer. Somewhat more affordable than other nuseries in the area. Open until 6.30pm (others nearby only until 6pm). Management uses a hands-on approach and are present at all times. They could improve on some equipment, but all the basics are there.

My child comes home telling me that she has been doing lots of fun activities. We receive homework on a weekly basis. I have found this nursery very warm and welcoming. My son enjoys the time he spends here, all the staff are pleasant and polite. The nursery always looks clean and there is always a range of activities.

My daughter is very happy at nursery. She loves all the different activities and always comes home with a story to tell. The nursery are always taking her out on trips in the community; to choose foods, see flowers and animals. As a parent I am so happy with Comfort Angelz Daycare.

Since my son started at Comfort Angelz he has improved in his social skills massively. He has also improved his behaviour in many ways. The staff are very kind and welcoming and since he started they have been nothing but helpful and informative. I appreciate everything they have done for my son and I would recommend it to anyone that they send their child to this nursery.

Excellent care. I feel really comfortable with the girls, they're amazing with the kids. It's also very noticeable the connection they have with the children. I love the fact that I can get to know the activities they do and my child's development through the pictures they take. I strongly recommend this nursery to all my family and friends.
