Children at Bright Horizons Rosehill Day Nursery and Preschool in Cheltenham have been embracing the organisation’s Ready for School programme.
As part of the programme, the children are regularly asked to pick up a writing utensil and write various letters to form words such as their own names. They have also been working on number recognition, identifying which number is which and putting them in numerical order.
“The children are always excited to and take great pride in improving their letter and number skills,” said Nursery Manager Mollie Edmunds.
