Children at Bright Horizons Rosehill Day Nursery and Preschool in Cheltenham recently had the opportunity to explore a nearby marquee which they used to investigate sounds.
The marquee was being used for an event at nearby UCAS HQ and the children had an amazing time as they got to run and chase each other. The staff team turned this into a game of listening ears and also experimented with the echo sounds their voices made.
“Discussions were had as to what the marquee could be made of and how high it could be,” said Nursery Manager Mollie Edmunds. “The children tried to reach the top by stretching as high as they could. A big thank you to UCAS for allowing the children to enjoy the space.”
