Preschool children and parents at Cedar Park Day Nursery in Twyford visited Bucklebury Farm recently as they prepare to move onto ‘big school’. The annual school-leavers trip was organised by Stella, Cedar Park’s Preschool Team Leader.
The deer and petting corner where a great hit with the children and they especially enjoyed TRex the tortoise. The friendly but cheeky goats that roam freely caused great hilarity among parents and children alike.
Preschool Leader Stella said:
“This time of year is always difficult as you prepare to say goodbye to children that you may have cared for, for several years. This trip is our opportunity to commemorate the happy times at Cedar Park whilst creating new memories for the children. Today we can celebrate the fact that our children are happy, confident and ready for the next exciting steps in their learning journey.”
