Bright Horizons recognised as one of the UK’s ‘Best Workplaces’


Bright Horizons Family Solutions®, a leading provider of high-quality childcare, early education and other services designed to help employees and families address the challenges of work and life, has announced it has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in 2017 by the Great Place to Work® Institute.

The award sees Bright Horizons recognised as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the 12th successive year. The official award was received at a gala dinner hosted by Alexander Armstrong and held at Westminster Park Palace hotel in London on May 3rd, where Bright Horizons were ranked 12th overall out of 37 large category organisations, meaning those with 500 or more employees.

The methodology behind the ranking is one of the most rigorous available and uniquely comprises both an employee survey and an audit into our organisation’s management and HR practices. The award recognises the strength of our leadership and the range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies we have which creates our successful workplace culture.
