Children at Bright Horizons Morton Mains Nursery in Edinburgh were recently treated to a visit from a mother who happens to be a doctor.
The children have recently been learning more about themselves as human beings and the doctor arrived to discuss and answer questions on the human body. The children were allowed to use a stethoscope to hear their heartbeats and find their own pulses.
“The children have been keen to learn more about the human body in recent times,” said Nursery Manager Karin Duguid. “We would like to thank the doctor for taking the time to visit us.”
