Little Explorers benefit from returning ex students

Recently Little Explorers has had previous apprentices go back to work in the nursery following their successful degrees at various local universities.

Danielle Clarke-Walsh who achieved a Foundation Degree in Early Years Management in 2010 and was the nursery manager, has recently returned from living in Australia with her husband and is back as Mini room leader and third in charge.

Hanna Ghiama achieved her Early Years Degree in 2014 and was previously an apprentice in Little Explorers before going off to study and then work in Edinburgh as an after school manager. Hanna is now the deputy manager and Midi room leader.

Rahima Begum was an apprentice with Aigburth Training Opportunities who own Little Explorers and following her success at Edge Hill achieving a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies with Criminology, she has just achieved a Social Care MA.

Keelie Cave who was also an apprentice with ATO, returned initially to work in the nursery but we have put her degree in Childhood and Youth Studies with Disabilities (2010) to good use and she now teaches and trains apprentices undertaking qualifications in Residential Childcare and Management qualifications.
