Children at Bright Horizons Englefield Green Nursery and Preschool in Egham, Surrey have taken part in a doctor's surgery role play as part of World First Aid Day. An area of the nursery was set up specifically for the surgery and the children filled out prescriptions as part of the role play. Bright Horizons health and safety mascot Candy Floss was also present to help ensure everyone remained safe throughout.
“The children had great fun taking part in the surgery role play,” said Alice Blackman, nursery manager. “They thoroughly enjoyed the responsibility of acting as a doctor for the day and making their friends feel better.”
