Bright Horizons shortlisted for two Scottish NMT Nursery Awards


Nursery group Bright Horizons are delighted to announce that they have been shortlisted for two awards at the 2015 Scottish Nursery Management Today (NMT) Nursery Awards.

The Preschool Team at Livingston Day Nursery in West Lothian have been shortlisted for the Nursery Team Award, which recognises the staff team that has developed an excellent standard of childcare and education through exceptional group work.

In addition, Emma Martin, Preschool Coordinator at Morton Mains Day Nursery in Edinburgh, has been shortlisted for the Nursery Nurse/Childcare Practitioner Award, which recognises a Childcare Practitioner who clearly demonstrates warmth, care, equality, responsibility, fairness and being supportive in all relationships with children, parents and families.

Winners of the Scottish NMT Nursery Awards will be presented with their trophies on Wednesday 2 September, at a Gala Night at the Hilton Hotel in Glasgow.

Martina Murphy, Divisional Operations Director for Bright Horizons Scotland, said, “I am absolutely delighted that our colleagues have been shortlisted for two awards at this year’s Scottish NMT Nursery Awards.
