Treetops Dudley held a phonics workshop this week with various activities to develop listening and language skills.
Children made listening ears and went on an exploring walk listening to environmental sounds and distinguishing traffic sounds.
They also used foil, so they could listen to the noise the rain made and created different shapes with their mouths to carry out different sounds.
The session also involved painting to music, to use sound and listening skills to influence creations – this was very messy, but great fun!
