Hampshire nursery celebrates ‘outstanding’ Ofsted report

A Hampshire nursery is celebrating after scoring top marks in a recent Ofsted inspection.

kidsunlimited nursery in Church Crookham was rated ‘outstanding’ following an inspection at the end of last month.

The inspector’s report praises nursery’s partnership with parents and suggests the children “express much happiness and enjoyment” during their time at the nursery.

Nursery manager Gemma Lacy said: “We are so proud to be awarded ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. I would like to thank everyone involved who has helped us reach this momentous milestone. It’s great to see the staff’s passion and enthusiasm has been rewarded in such a positive way.

“We will now continue to offer the best possible environment in which children can flourish and naturally love learning forever.”

Ros Marshall, chief executive of kidsunlimited, said: “To receive an ‘outstanding’ at any time is special but to receive one after only six months of opening is fantastic.

“The report reads like a treasure trove of positive comments and highlights what a wonderful job Gem and her team have done.”
