kidsunlimited day nursery in Church Crookham has been hailed as ‘outstanding’ by government inspectors in a glowing report.
The kidsunlimited nursery was inspected by Ofsted at the end of last month with the report stating that “all children are actively engaged in their learning and are involved in planning activities which link to their own interests and suggestions.” The report continues to praise the nursery’s exceptional partnership with parents and suggests that the children within the nursery “express much happiness and enjoyment during their time in the setting” continuing to proclaim that children become increasingly inquisitive and adventurous in their learning because staff support them so well. The report concludes that all children within the nursery are “acquiring the skills and attitudes they need to be ready for school or their next stage of learning”.
Gemma Lacy, Nursery Manager at kidsunlimited Church Crookham, said, “We are so proud to be awarded ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. I would like to thank everyone involved who has helped us reach this momentous milestone. It’s great to see the staff’s passion and enthusiasm has been rewarded in such a positive way. We will now continue to offer the best possible environment in which children can flourish and naturally love learning forever.”
Ros Marshall, CEO of kidsunlimited, said, “To receive an ‘outstanding’ at any time is special but to receive one after only a six months of opening is fantastic. The report reads like a treasure trove of positive comments and highlights what a wonderful job Gemma and her team have done.”
