Local Council Supports Forest School in Bright Kids Nursery at Crabbs Cross

Children from Bright Kids nursery at Crabbs Cross went to meet the local tree surgeons to build a new partnership with Redditch Borough council to develop their Forest School area. Andy Walker, who is part of the tree team at Redditch Borough Council, kindly agreed to donate various materials like logs and chippings.

Mick Bristow, a tree surgeon for the Borough Council, said “it’s nice to see children taking an interest in the Forest School area. Tina Davis, our Forest School Practitioner, said “it’s lovely to see the children developing their understanding of the world around them. We are looking forward to our next visit where the children will be observing woodland management”. Bright Kids Nursery at Crabbs Cross would like to say a big thank you to the Redditch Borough Council.

Bright Kids provide a comprehensive range of services: baby care, toddler care, pre-school education and breakfast, after school and holiday clubs. They stand out by the genuine provision of stimulating environments to secure a brighter future for our kids.
