The Consortium Early Years is celebrating some fantastic results from their annual customer satisfaction survey.
The survey asks customers what they like about The Consortium's service and how it can be improved. This year’s results show that nurseries rated their recent service more highly than previous years and in particular praised the friendly, polite and professional Customer Service staff that they speak to on the telephone.
Hundreds of positive comments about the staff and service were received and included, “Very reliable, friendly and helpful staff”, “Excellent and very helpful” and in answer to the question of what could The Consortium could do better: “The service is already such a high standard and does not need improving.”
Customers were also impressed with the speed and reliability of deliveries with 98% rating them excellent or good. They also feel that they are getting a better choice of products and improved value for money.
Melanie Teal, Managing Director at The Consortium, said “These results show that we have continued to improve our service to customers, thanks to the commitment of our professional and helpful staff. However there is always more we can do to make buying easy for our customers and this feedback is vital in helping us identify new areas to focus on.”
The Consortium is currently looking at all the detailed comments to see what further improvements can be made for next year’s catalogue and they are working on additional features for their website.
