Treetops Pre School Say farewell …
Pre School Children at Treetops Sunny Corner Nursery, in Kingsheath have said their goodbyes this week. Most of the children have been with the Treetops nursery since they were in nappies so this was a very sad event for the staff.
The staff made it an extra special day for the children. They held a small party for them which included, pass the parcel, music status and a dancing competition.
The children had an extra special surprise when they had a visit from Treetops mascot, Roarie the Lion.
Treetops Manager Emma commented ‘we were delighted with the response from the parents. We had so many parents, grandparents and friends turn up for the children’s special day, it was lovely to see’.
The children had rehearsed a special goodbye song ‘Bruno Mars – count on me’ that they sang and carried out actions too!
Malachy pictured above has been at Treetops since he was 4 months old, both of his parents attended and were over the moon, Elena his mother commented ‘ I am extremely proud of my child, the staff here have made Malachys 4 years extra special. They have made him into the confident and amazing little boy he is today. The staffs at Treetops have been fantastic and both myself and Malachys dad can’t thank them enough. We are going to really miss coming to Treetops as it has been our extended family for 4 years, but we are expecting again, so we will be back next year to start it all over again’
Treetops Nurseries in Kingsheath are currently undergoing an extension with a grand opening on Saturday 8th September.
