Deputy Nursery Manager – Abi Nursery, Muswell Hill

Full-time | £33,000 – £38,000 (DOE)
(Level 3 qualified, minimum 2 years’ experience)

Abi Nursery Muswell Hill is a beautiful new setting designed to the very highest standards — a place where children thrive and educators feel proud to work.
We’re now looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our small, passionate team and play a key role in shaping our growing nursery.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering outstanding care and education, and who will confidently support the running of the nursery when the Manager is away.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a small team to provide the very best early years experiences.

• Ensure high standards of care, safety, and learning in line with EYFS.

• Support daily operations, planning, and parent communication.

• Work closely with the Nursery Manager to maintain an exceptional environment where children flourish.

• Take responsibility for the nursery in the Manager’s absence.
