Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Room Leader to join our successful day nursery in Neath Hill.
Responsibilities and Duties
To develop and maintain the day to day organising and functionality of the room provisions, leading a team of nursery Practitioners.To provide a happy safe, secure and stimulating environment in which the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and psychological development of the children is taken into full account.To encourage the children to maintain and develop their own individuality and independence.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a confident Preschool Room Leader, or perhaps a Senior Practitioner who is ready to take the next step in their career? You will be motivated to hit the ground running and add value to the our fun and hard working team. You will thrive in a busy environment, and always be on hand with new ideas and activities. You will be confident in all areas of the EYFS, and delivering planning, supporting and mentoring other staff and leading the team forward. You will be qualified in Childcare to a minimum of Level 3, and ideally have experience in a similar role, either as a current Room Leader, or "stepping up" into the role when required.
