We are a Catholic term time preschool open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4 pm.  The manager is required to work 7.45am - 4 pm during term time and an additional two weeks (across the year) to plan, prepare and organise the setting each half term.

You will be responsible for: ensuring all children attending are kept safe and receive rich and stimulating play experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development; all legislation in relation to a childcare setting and all health and safety is complied with along with company policies; ensuring staff are up to date with training; monitoring and evaluating the quality of childcare and adhering to Ofsted and other regulatory body requirements; communicating regularly with parents/carers and staff; promoting high standards of quality regarding the environment, resources and experiences of the children; planning and record keeping; working with the childcare and education team to continuously improve the setting; remaining up to date with developments in childcare policy and practice; general day to day management; supporting all staff and parents as required; working closely with the owner and educational lead.
