We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Cook for our brand new 80 place Chelmsford Day Nursery and Preschool which is due to open early 2018!
The nursery will be a 2-storey building within the brand new residential development of ‘Beaulieu Park’. It will comprise of 2 x baby rooms, 2 x toddler rooms and 1 x preschool room.
The role is full time and is paying a competitive salary of up to £19K (depending on experience).

Your role as Nursery Cook will include:
Preparing and delivery of nutritionally balanced, attractive family-style meals for all children aged 3 month-5 years
Planning menus, taking into account the nursery budget, the foods in season, local availability and nutritional requirements for children
Ensuring that hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen is of the highest standard in accordance with Environmental Health requirements and legislation
Following kitchen procedures and maintain records in accordance with Environmental Health policies and processes

You may have experience of the following: Chef, Catering Supervisor, Cook.
