Requirements of Deputy:

  • It is essential that the successful candidate must have NNEB/NVQ3 or above

  • Must have 2 years’ experience working in a Nursery with some management experience in leading and supporting a team

  • You must have a good understanding of the EYFS and be capable of maintaining children’s development records.

  • We are committed to safeguarding children and all posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.

     

    Responsibilities of Deputy :

  • To assist the Nursery Manager in the day to day management of the Nursery

  • Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues

  • Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery

  • To support the Manager and have full responsibility during their absence

  • Assist the manager with the general administration in the office

    Hours:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday between 7.30 am to 6.00 pm

Skills/Qualifications:
