Requirements of Deputy:
It is essential that the successful candidate must have NNEB/NVQ3 or above
Must have 2 years’ experience working in a Nursery with some management experience in leading and supporting a team
You must have a good understanding of the EYFS and be capable of maintaining children’s development records.
We are committed to safeguarding children and all posts are subject to an enhanced DBS check and references.
Responsibilities of Deputy :
To assist the Nursery Manager in the day to day management of the Nursery
Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
Promoting high standards of quality within the nursery
To support the Manager and have full responsibility during their absence
Assist the manager with the general administration in the office
