Job Title: Deputy Manager
I joined the Jack Straws Lane family in July 2009 after gaining my Level 3 CACHE diploma at Oxford College and have since gained lots of experience with all ages. My love is the Preschool age children where I initially spent over 3 years as a Nursery Nurse and then progressed to room leader.
Myself and my team made fantastic progress in this room and supported the whole nursery in gaining our Outstanding OFSTED inspection in 2013. Through JSL and the excellent support from my management team, I was promoted to deputy manager in January 2015 and then further gained lots of managing experience in supporting the whole nursery when I stepped up to a managers role for a temporary period to September 2016.
I am now completing my Early Years degree and thoroughly enjoying my role at JSL as the nursery SENCO and Keeping Everybody Safe REP.
