b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 5 out of 5 from 27 positive Reviews in the last 12 months.
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating of all Reviews over all time. For each review the Day Nursery / service is rated Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor or Very Poor on a number of areas eg Staff, Management etc. The Day Nursery receives points for each rating as follows: Excellent = 5. Good = 4. Satisfactory = 3. Poor = 2. Very Poor = 1. These points are added up and then divided by the total number of completed ratings to generate the average rating.
The Average Rating of 4.91 for Bright Horizons Rosehill Day Nursery and Preschool is calculated as follows: ( (395 Excellents x 5) + (35 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) ) ÷ 432 Ratings = 4.91

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:
4 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews, 3 points for the first Positive Review and then 0.25 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews.
1 point is available for reaching a target number of Positive Reviews based on 20% of the number of registered maximum number of service users. If the target is partially reached then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery with 50 registered maximum number of service users has a target of 10 Positive Reviews, if it has 10 or more Positive Reviews it will receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews will receive 0.7 points.
If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. The calculation is the same as above, except the points are divided by 2.
The 5 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Bright Horizons Rosehill Day Nursery and Preschool is based on 27 positive Reviews in the last 12 months and is calculated as follows:
3 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.25 + 0.25 = 4
Target of 10 positive Reviews (50 registered maximum number of service users ÷ 5). 27 Reviews ÷ 10 Target Reached = 1
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.

I cannot recommend the team at Rosehill Nursery highly enough. I was so nervous about leaving my little boy when starting back at work but the girls could not have been more supportive. They really care about the children and that comes through every day. I feel very lucky to have such a warm, friendly, happy environment to take my son to.

All the staff at Rosehill have been amazing with my baby daughter, they all made my returning to work much easier knowing that she was being so well looked after. They've gotten to know her character which has helped her personality develop and shine through, she's come on amazingly in the few months she's been there. I look forward to picking her up each day so I can hear about what she's been up to! Rosehill have also been amazing catering to my child's dietary needs, I can't praise them enough.

This is a little gem of a nursery that we have found. All the staff are fantastic and my little girl (11 months) loves going. From the security to the facilities, it is excellent. I have no issues in leaving my little princess there.

My son has been at Rosehill for 3 months now and has settled in so well with thanks to all of the staff. All of the girls are so welcoming and make us as a family feel so comfortable being there.
My son enjoys doing a range of things we may not do with him at home and enjoys bonding with the other children.
The food range is such a lovely balanced variety which he also enjoys.
Taking your child to nursery is such a big step for you as a parent and your child and I couldn't recommend Rosehill enough!

Rosehill is a fantastic nursery. I couldn't wish for better for my little boy.
The facilities are brilliant, there is a wide variety of toys for the children to play with, the rooms are large and light and bright, every room has a wonderful selection of books and the garden area the children play in is also fantastic.
The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The whole team really care about the children and getting the best out of their learning.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone and most importantly my son loves going.

Rosehill Nursery has been absolutely fantastic in helping my return to work after maternity leave. The staff are friendly, professional and loving towards my daughter which helps the inevitable “mum guilt” fade away when seeing how happy and confident she is.
I look forward to hearing all the activities that my child has done each day, (a great mix of indoor and outdoor activities) the food she has eaten and I feel that she is completely safe, the way that accidents/illnesses are handled are brilliant.
Can’t fault the service I have received at Rosehill. Would recommend to everyone!

My son has just moved into a new room and all of the staff have been great with helping him settle and feeling happy. I would definitely recommend the nursery.

I viewed many nurseries but this one was worlds apart. From the moment I got here, all the staff were fantastic, friendly and professional, the place was welcoming. The layout of the rooms was perfect, spacious, bright, the outside space was also lovely and safe.
My daughter began playing with all the toys and interacting with the other children. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I feel so confident and happy bringing my child here. It's been amazing.

Having moved from London (where I researched nurseries), Bright Horizons Rosehill certainly compares very favourably and definitely has more outside space than many we saw. The staff here are very caring and my son adores his time there. There seems to be a good mix of planned activities and free play plus some outdoor time every day. My son has certainly developed since joining despite being part-time. His language has improved as well as his socialisation and he loves the food!

Well what can I say except Rosehill are absolutely amazing. From the first time we entered we have been greeted with nothing but smiles, laughter and professionalism.
The manager and her team made my son and myself feel at ease straight away! Every single aspect of our visits were 10/10.
My son started in January 2018 and I can honestly say they care for him as well as I do at home! Cleanliness, interaction, activities and hygiene are all phenomenal. My son is always smiling when I pick him up and even wants to go to the staff himself when I drop him off.
He has come along so much since being at Rosehill and I cannot thank the staff enough. I even travel 40 minutes to take him and pick him up, but it is completely worth it.
I cannot wait to see what the future holds for him at Rosehill.
Thank you again team! James loves you all.

We moved our little one from a different nursery, he hadn't settled there and drop off time was always traumatic. We could not be happier with the decision we made to move him to Rosehill Day Nursery and Preschool.
We are both delighted with the quality of care provided by all the staff, our son is thriving there. Everyone seems to get involved in the childcare, serving lunch etc right up to the managers. They all know us by name and enjoy telling us tales of what he has been up to that day, normally something much more fun than he would do at home. They seem interested in our son and already know his personality. The facilities are always clean, well kept and there is an excellent safe outdoor play area. He has never come home with a sore bottom (this was a regular occurrence at his previous nursery) and to witness small acts such as staff wiping his nose and washing his hands before meals mean we are confident he is in safe hands. We could not have asked for better.

After visiting several nurseries in Cheltenham (where we live) and Stonehouse (where I work), I selected this one for my 8-month-old baby. My first impressions of the nursery when I visited was that everything is very methodical and organized, the facility is clean and Staff are enthusiastic. As my baby wakes up startled when there is a sudden noise, having a separate sleep room in Acorns (under 2 age) area is extremely useful. I am extremely happy with how the staff looks after my baby, the variety of food given, the range of activities kids participate in, clean and tidy rooms and play area, etc. I would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family.
My baby has a primary carer who looks after her all the time. I felt this is very important and useful for young babies to develop a bond when they start in a nursery. This gives me a sense of confidence to go to work with a peace of mind.

The staff have been great with both my children. Loads of activities for them to do and they always seem to be happy when I pick them up. The nursery is very clean and had loads of space indoors and outdoors.

We are absolutely delighted with Rosehill, it is a fantastic nursery. The facilities, resources and all aspects of its day to day running are great but what really stands out, is the quality of the staff. Every one of them is friendly, engaged, reassuring, nurturing and passionate. Our little boy is thriving in their care and we could not be happier.

This is our child's first nursery, so it is hard to compare to others. However, we both feel as though this is the perfect place for her to play and learn. In comparison to other nurseries we looked at before deciding on this one, the facilities, space and staff are the best we've seen in the area.
Our daughter quickly adapted to the surroundings and staff, which makes pick up and drop off easy. As parents, we like the closed off area for nap times and the huge space for she can run around. The outdoor area looks amazing, with plenty of activities for our child. The nursery is also away from busy roads and so feels peaceful and safe.

Rosehill is a lovely nursery, with really friendly staff. They clearly enjoy their work and are genuinely pleased when a milestone is reached. As soon as we enter the nursery my son sees something new to play with almost every day. He really enjoys the sensory activities such as painting and water play. The outdoor space is really clean and safe - an added bonus.

Staff are attentive to my child's needs and provided detailed feedback about food, sleep and activities. I am impressed with the staff's work ethic and the range of fun activities they provide. The communication via regular newsletters is also very useful.
All of the staff are enthusiastic, caring and thoughtful.

My son started attending Rosehill Nursery in May 2017. He has developed extremely well over that period of time thanks to the staff at Rosehill. When he started he was 18 months old and his speech was pretty much non-existent but since joining Rosehill his speech has developed, also so has his understanding. He really enjoys attending his session and he very often brings home his creations he made at nursery.

My daughter loves coming to nursery. We are always greeted with a smile and treated like family. Her confidence has grown amongst the other children and loves the meals that are provided.
The staff are all friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile if needed. We can't wait to continue this journey with you.

Our daughter is having a great time at Rosehill. It is a lovely setting with great outside space. She was quite resistant to the idea of nursery at first but she is now really happy. The team in the Oaks Room have been great in helping our daughter enjoy her time at nursery and she has developed a genuine bond with the team.
We always receive great feedback at pickup and the team clearly really enjoy coming up with new ways to entertain the children.

Rosehill has been excellent for the social development of my daughter.
She has come on so much since joining then nursery when it first opened.
All the staff are absolutely brilliant and my daughter loves coming to place and learn.

We have had only positive experiences with our two children at Rosehill Nursery. After successive house moves, this was our son's fourth nursery. He doesn't like change and we were concerned about how he would settle in. We shouldn't have worried - he absolutely loves it here! The staff take the time to get to know every child and are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The nursery rooms are bright, clean and airy and filled with lovely toys. My son's pretty picky with food but he eats most of the things on the menu, including fish pie and chicken noodles which he wouldn't touch with a barge pole if he was at home!
My daughter was 15 months when she started. I was devastated to leave her, especially because she cried every time I said goodbye. But her key worker was brilliant - very calm and caring - and I felt reassured to leave my baby with her. Two months in and she waves me off with a smile and gets stuck into playing.

The nursery is a great learning space and the staff are very warm and nurturing. Our toddler had little time away from us and was still breastfeeding! The nursery staff have been great letting our child have a more gradual approach into the nursery, they are very understanding and have settled our child extremely well. Our little one has even started asking to go in the mornings now!

We have a pre-schooler at the nursery who thoroughly enjoys coming to nursery every day. Our youngest started recently in the baby room & whilst she was very unsettled, to begin with, we have been very pleased with the lady who has managed the settling in process perfectly. The lady who is head of the baby room, and the Deputy Manager & the Manager have all gone the extra mile by providing us with regular updates, including photographs, of our daughter's day. They have answered telephone calls for updates with enthusiasm. At a time when I have had to return to work, the email updates have been welcomed and have reassured me that my daughter is being looked after really well and is settling in. We have always found the staff to be very receptive to any feedback, suggestions/concerns we may have. We are confident that both children will continue to remain happy at Rosehill Day Nursery & look forward to working with the staff. Keep up the good work & thank you for making my return to work go smoothly!

Since joining Rosehill Nursery, my son has developed in so many ways. He is more confident and balanced and looks forward to going to nursery every day.
The nursery itself is extremely clean and is full of loads of new toys. The outside space is well thought out with age appropriate areas, overlooking a large lawned garden, again with plenty of toys.
The staff at Rosehill Nursery are extremely professional and it's clear that they have an obvious passion for looking after your child. My son often talks about them at home, and you can tell he really enjoys their company as well as the friends he has made there.
I actually moved him from a nursery at age 3 that he had been going to from birth as I was so impressed with Rosehill - he has not looked back, and I have never regretted my decision. I highly recommend!!

Having relocated to Cheltenham recently, we have successfully settled both our children at Rosehill Day Nursery and Preschool (our youngest having never experienced any type of childcare before). We have been absolutely blown away by the level of care, kindness, patience and fun that all staff members at Rosehill possess. The nursery is beautiful and has such fantastic facilities for all age groups. I think they have achieved such a great deal for such a new nursery. I would gladly recommend Rosehill to any and all fellow parents (although I also want to keep it a little quiet as its so wonderful!) Ha Ha. Both our children genuinely look forward to going in for their sessions and get so excited when we approach in the car, our eldest often asks after the staff and the nursery on days he doesn't attend! Amazing place.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were left in need of a new nursery for our 4-year-old on extremely short notice.
After speaking to the friendly and helpful staff at Rosehill we were welcomed to look around the facilities that day and within 20 minutes we knew it was the right fit for our daughter and she started the following day.
It's obvious that the staff really enjoy working with children and it shows in the meticulous planning of the next day/weeks activities, well in advance for the children to learn in a fun way which is tailored to the learning style of each child.
We have no hesitation leaving our daughter each morning, knowing that she will be well cared for and she looks forward to each new day herself.
A very good achievement for such a new nursery. Well done guys.

My four year old loves this place. He's been going there since October and always has a smile in the morning. Great staff, great facilities, great atmosphere. Always plenty going on to keep the little ones engaged. Would highly recommend.

Our sons have been attending Rosehill since November and are loving every minute of it.
When looking for nurseries the quality of the equipment, their free-flow garden policy and their ability to demonstrate how they would help the boys at both "baby" and preschool level made them head and shoulders above the other places we looked at, the layout of the nursery also really appealed to us.
Since joining the staff have been nothing but helpful, approachable and have particularly gone out of the way to help our younger son settle. Every morning before he arrives they have pre-planned an activity (usually based around dinosaurs, which he loves) to help distract him from the fact we are leaving. They've also made him a little book of pictures of the nursery, activities he enjoys and the room staff, to look at when he's not there. From what we have seen so far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rosehill.

This is a brand new nursery and my little boy was the only child for the first few weeks so I was a little worried but I didn't need to be, the staff as Rosehill were so wonderful and made me and my little one so welcome they are all so caring and loving, they are always so happy to see us, I feel really happy my son is in good hands I've told everyone I know how wonderful they are. The facilities are amazing the children have so much room to play and lots of fun things to play with but the best bit is the garden - reading area, race track, sandpits and a teepee! this is a wonderful place for my son to go every day and I want to say a big thank you to the staff for making him feel so loved and happy while I'm working.
