Great Horton Children’s Place opened in 2015, next to Great Horton’s Village Hall, offering high quality childcare and education to two year olds within the local community.

In March 2017 Great Horton Children’s Place was rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted’ and it was recognised that “staff exchange important information with new parents, in order to find out about and meet children's individual needs”.

Children have the chance to explore new and exciting activities with their friends at the nursery as they learn and develop.

The team of qualified and caring staff take pride in providing children with the best start in life, as they support and enhance children’s learning experiences.

The nursery’s free-flow system further allows children to make individual choices and decisions about their play, thus helping them build self-confidence and self-awareness.

Children have access to age-appropriate, versatile play rooms, with the aim of seeing children thrive whilst at nursery.
