The nursery has two main learning areas. One for babies aged 0-2 years and another for children 2-5 years old. When you arrive for a viewing be sure to take a look at the huge outdoor play area; it's where most of the children like to spend their time!
The area has been specifically designed to offer natural play complete with hills and tunnels. The outdoor play area really stretches children's imaginations and encourages physical development with natural equipment and different textures such as sand, grass, plants, trees and water.
The 0-2 room has its own kitchen, changing facilities and outdoor space. There's a special area for non-mobile children and a 'mini loft' with slides, steps and a tunnel to encourage physical development.
Children benefit from a FREE 6-week baby massage course which has been proven to develop parent and child bonding.
The 0-2 resources cover all areas of development and children have the opportunity of accessing a variety of toys throughout the day such as creative and crafts, sand and water play, and imaginative play equipment.
The 2-5 room is split to cover the six areas of learning of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. it's well stocked with resources, able to meet even the most imaginative child's needs. The environment and routine is designed to develop independence. All resources are clearly labelled and accessible to children, and at lunch times children choose their own meal, and help to clear away after lunch.

For each review the Day Nursery / service is rated Excellent, Good, Satisfactory, Poor or Very Poor on a number of areas eg Staff, Management etc. The Day Nursery receives points for each rating as follows: Excellent = 5. Good = 4. Satisfactory = 3. Poor = 2. Very Poor = 1. These points are added up and then divided by the total number of completed ratings to generate the average rating.

If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. The calculation is the same as above, except the points are divided by 2.

Little legends nursery has been satisfactory in all areas. They provide a great child care service. They give great feedback about my child on a daily basis and encourage her to take place in various activities. Overall I am very happy with my child's progress and the care she has revived.

My little boy has been attending this nursery since he was 6 months old. Now almost 3 years he has grown so much with the help of the staffs. As a full time working mum, I find it pleasing when our child is received in warmly on arrival in the morning. This helps me get through my day knowing that he is in capable hands who loves to care for him.
Concerns are addressed almost immediately, and I always get a daily feedback of what he is up to, this helps me catch up with his day. He has never cried for a day while dropping him off, the girls are fantastic and they give so much great care. I cant thank them enough. They've given me so much peace of mind for the past 2 years, and I wouldn't have remained in full time if I didn't have the full support for him. Plus when we relocated away from the area to a farther distance, we couldn't afford to change his nursery as he loves it there, and he has remained in the setting. Thank you so much all.
