The 5 points available are broken down as follows:
4 points are available for the first 5 Positive Reviews, 3 points for the first Positive Review and then 0.25 Points for each of the next 4 Positive Reviews.
1 point is available for reaching a target number of Positive Reviews based on 20% of the number of registered maximum number of service users. If the target is partially reached then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery with 50 registered maximum number of service users has a target of 10 Positive Reviews, if it has 10 or more Positive Reviews it will receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews will receive 0.7 points.
If there are no Positive Reviews in the last 12 months, then 2.5 points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 2 years. The calculation is the same as above, except the points are divided by 2.

Review submitted from a Website Submission by Rahana H (Mother of Child) on Tuesday 16 May 2017. Relates to May 2017.
My daughter has been attending the nursery since April 2017. She has settled in very well at the nursery and is very happy. I have had no problems with the nursery at all. The staff are always very welcoming and very caring towards my daughter. I feel at ease when my daughter is at the nursery.
The staff that look after her update me on a daily basis as to how she is doing and I regularly receive notification from Tapestry and I can keep track of her development. When my daughter is ill they take very good care of her and will ring me if they are concerned. They have never asked me to collect her and take her home.
She enjoys her food at the nursery and there is always a wide variety of food available. She is able to have a nap in the afternoon if she wants to.
I would highly recommend this nursery to others.
