Job Title: Nursery Manager
Laura gained her NNEB in 1994. She was able to train in America and Germany on courses to enhance her development. She has managed two nurseries and has been with Bright horizons family solutions since July 2004.
Laura is trained in advanced child protection with the company and local authority and is the the lead designated officer for the nursery. She is also the lead in behaviour management and Fire awareness. She strongly believes in an open door policy for the nursery and have made it her mission to make sure that any parent can view and come to the nursery without needing to book appointments.
She has always strived to enable the nursery to be open and accessible to all children and parents with additional needs and over the years Wooldale has met and achieved many successes with children and families.
Job Title: Nursery Deputy Manager
Laura gained her Btec national diploma in early years (level 3) in May 2005. She started with Bright Horizons at the Wooldale Early Care and Education Centre in June 2005 as a Nursery Nurse, Over the years she has gradually progressed from a nursery nurse to a room leader to a Senior Nursery Nurse before taking over from her Deputy in December 2012 as her Maternity Cover.
