St Wystan’s School Nursery, caters for children from 2½ to 4 years. The Nursery has its own self-contained suite of rooms within the grounds of St Wystan’s School. The dedicated Staff make this a very secure, happy, family oriented place. The Head of Nursery is a fully qualified teacher. All activities are carefully planned to develop social and physical skills, creativity, literacy, numeracy, and knowledge and understanding of the world. The nursery benefits from extensive use of the main school facilities joining with them for lunches, assemblies and also has specialist teachers for Music and P.E. St Wystan’s Nursery accepts the Government funding for 3 and 4 year olds, childcare vouchers are also accepted. St Wystan’s School is a small independent primary school for pupils aged 4 years to 11 years. Although many children progress from the Nursery through into the School it is not a requirement.
