Job Title: Nursery Manager
Ghizlane is originally from Morocco and can speak Moroccan, Arabic, French, Spanish and English. She has been in child care since she was 21 years old and she is a qualified level 3 currently working towards my CACHE Level 5.
Ghizlane describes myself as a person who is approachable to all staff and families; she operates an open door policy. Her approach as a leader is to deal with each situation differently, depending on the situation. Her team describes her as strict but fair. She believes in excellence, therefore she sets the bar high for my team. With families, she is truthful to their experience at Teddies; this has helped her build the trust between parents and staff.
Job Title: Nursery Deputy Manager
Illettia Hayter has been in childcare for the last 11 years and holds a level 3 diploma in child care and education. Most of her experience is with babies but has also had experience with toddlers and preschool children too. Illettia ran a baby room of 12 children for 6 years before becoming a deputy manager.
Illettia would describe herself as fair, loyal and a people person. She has an exceptional knowledge of all Health and safety matters and also hold an institute of safety and health qualification. She loves meeting new people and working as part of an excellent team of childcare professionals. She also is happily married and a mummy of a little boy of 1 who attends the nursery and loves his time there.
