I joined Bright Horizons in January 2015, I have over 20 years in childcare, 12 years of which I have managed nurseries as well as being an NVQ assessor for a year. I hold a Foundation Degree in Early Years and a level 3 in Management.
I believe every child matters as well as every family and staff member and thus should be treated as individuals. My passion is to inspire my team to be the best for the children in their care.

I have been working in childcare for 8 years. I joined Bright Horizons in February 2012 as a head of unit and was promoted to Deputy Manager in June 2014.
I hold an NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare and hold many other various certificates including child protection, first aid and SENCO.
I’m very passionate about what I do and the children inspire me daily. I enjoy watching them grow in their learning and development and forming relationships with all children and their parents.
