All seven Chestnut Nursery Schools are located in the London Borough of Newham. We have schools in Forest Gate, Plaistow, North Woolwich, Beckton and Manor Park. Our first school was opened in 2002 and all schools work in partnership with Newham Council. Some of the schools are based in brand new Children’s Centres and work in conjunction with Early Start and local primary schools. Our aim is to provide high quality education in a homely and stimulating environment. The Nursery Schools are accessible to all children whatever their background or needs. Our nurseries provide a focal point for the local community and Newham’s Early Years Partnership. Young children are provided with the best start in life through an environment that is safe and secure, by providing a curriculum that underpins all future learning by supporting, fostering, promoting and developing all their needs. We provide well planned, purposeful activities and stimulating experiences through planning for the individual needs of children.
